Delete your Drive Kip account

You can delete your account, and the personal information that goes with it, at any time: in the app, on the website, or on this page.

How to delete it

• In the app: Settings, then Delete account.
• On the website: sign in and use the form below, or go to Settings, then Profile, then Delete account.
• By email: write to us from the address on your account and we will do it for you.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address, password, Google or Apple sign-in link, passkeys, and every app and browser sign-in.
• Your vehicles and all their records: services, repairs, fuel, renewals, reminders, and their photos and receipts.
• Your membership of every garage.
• A garage you own that nobody else works in, with its clients, jobs, quotes and invoices.

What stays

• Garages other people work in. If you own one, hand it to another member first. Work you did in a garage stays with that garage.
• Payment records for plans paid on the website, for as long as the law requires for accounting.
• Backups, which are deleted on a rolling basis within about 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought in Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it in the store first. Plans paid with PesePay on the website do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
